What Sneaky Terms Does
Sneaky Terms uses AI to read your contract and tell you whether each clause is fair, one-sided, or worth pushing back on. This is an educational tool designed to help you better understand what you're agreeing to. It is not legal advice. For anything serious, talk to a local lawyer.
Your Account
When you create an account, you receive 3 free credits to try the service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
Credits and Payments
Credits are used to unlock full contract analyses. Once purchased, credits are non-refundable and never expire. Pricing may change at any time, but changes will not affect credits you have already purchased.
Your Documents
When you upload a contract, we extract the text for analysis. We do not retain your original file. Your uploaded documents are not saved. For signed-in users, analysis results are automatically saved to your account. Only the findings are kept, not the document itself.
No Guarantees
Sneaky Terms is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to provide accurate and useful analysis, we cannot guarantee that every clause will be identified or that every explanation will be perfectly accurate. AI analysis is a helpful starting point, not a substitute for professional legal review.
What You Agree Not to Do
By using Sneaky Terms, you agree not to do any of the following.
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Create multiple accounts to abuse free credits
- Reverse-engineer or scrape the service
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Sneaky Terms after changes means you accept the new terms.
